Peter Rawlins MA FCA FRSA

Following a successful 14-year first career as a partner with Arthur Andersen, where he worked throughout the UK, Europe, the USA, the Middle and Far East, Peter spent 12 years in high profile leadership roles in the City of London, driving the regulatory and commercial transformation of London’s international insurance and capital markets.
A seasoned business leader and change manager, with a range of international experience in many industries,
He has served as a non-executive director or chairman of several public and private companies, and of the Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Peter has also undertaken several full-time interim executive roles.
He currently devotes most of his time to Senior Executive coaching and mentoring.
Since 1994, Peter has drawn on this wide experience to coach and mentor a diverse range of senior executives, focusing his coaching on leadership, executive impact, team building, change management, performance improvement, and relationship and life skills. His clients include partners, CEOs and senior directors of international investment banks, commercial banks, global hedge funds and PE firms, international lawyers, accountants, business & IT consultants, and major PLCs. His clients are based throughout the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Personal
Peter obtained his MA in English Language & Literature from Oxford University. He has served on the boards of many UK performing arts organisations, was on the board of Arts & Business for 15 years, and Chaired the Spitalfields Music Festival until 2002. For 10 years he chaired the Michael Palin Centre for Stammering in Childhood. Peter lives in Kent, and is married with six children. He has a Sotheby’s Diploma in European Decorative Arts of the 17th and 18th Centuries. His hobbies include tennis and rugby; he also enjoys travelling and English Heritage. .
