Andrew was involved in various takeovers and mergers, selecting and working with external consultants in a variety of disciplines and service lines.

Andrew lives in Perthshire Scotland, is married with three grown up sons and four grandchildren. His hobbies include reading, writing, public speaking, motorcycling, watching sport such as F1, judo and rugby.
