Substantial experience of transactional work, including M&A work, joint ventures and transaction financing. Such work includes joint ventures in Russia and Hungary, sale of Booker Foodservice and the acquisition of many Mercedes-Benz dealerships as part of a distribution reorganisation. Major commercial contracts include launching a loyalty points credit card, renewal of distribution agreements, implementation of a nationwide litigation settlement agreement and key customer supply agreements. In each GC role Chrissi was responsible for choosing external advisors for all aspects of legal work, including tax matters. Chrissi’s current role involves liaising between the 10 shareholders of an automotive business, documentation for further capital injections, and negotiating new customer contracts.
