John has managed significant client relationships, sales forces and international sales resources for over thirty years. He has held international executive posts in sales and business development with IBM, Accenture and iXL. John is a strategic advisor on business development and sales performance to several ‘magic circle’ law firms, to two of the Big-4 accountancy firms across Europe and to a portfolio of other clients.

John runs a specialist consulting practice advising, training and coaching global clients in relationship-led growth strategy and sales performance. He leads transformation programmes for leadership and sales teams in large organisations.

John has delivered engagements in most of the EU, the US, Canada and across Asia. He has been Managing Director of Halo Effect Ltd since 2001 and is a Senior Associate at Judge Business School in Cambridge University.
